We were recently contacted by a long-time client we hadn’t heard from in a while.
Although their document was still in progress, they wanted a quote and estimated turnaround time for a Japanese-to-Vietnamese translation.
We immediately checked with our translator and sent the client a rough estimate with the fastest possible delivery schedule. That same day, we received the finalized manuscript and a formal order.
We contacted the translator right away and were able to deliver the completed translation even earlier than the client had requested.
When we followed up during delivery, the client shared the background:

This was the first request from the company itself, but the person in charge has been working with us for over 10 years, even since his previous career working for the different company.
When asked why he continue to choose us, he said, “Your Japanese-to-English translation quality is higher than others, and your rates are more competitive.”
This time, he requested a Japanese-to-Chinese (Simplified) translation for the first time.

One of our regular clients, who frequently requests translations for fashion-related brochures and point-of-purchase (POP) materials, recently reached out with a special request.
